Welcome to my New Architectural Photography Web Site!

This new architectural photography web site has been developed to show case my images. I formed David Millington Photography in 2001 and after a successful photography career as a studio still life photographer I turned my camera on to architecture. With over 22 years as a professional photographer I have an impressive photographic portfolio of architectural projects commissioned by some of the country's best known architects.

I prefer to photograph projects in best light with stunning blue skies as you see in the examples below and work with open deadlines so that I can watch the weather forecasts and select the best days to shoot. My professional architectural photography helps my clients win bids and awards. If you have some projects you would like me to quote on either call me on 01995 602181 or complete the Contact Form.

While my work is a lot of fun, I am very committed to perfectionism and professionalism and I’m a qualified and active member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers and the National Society of Photographers. I work alongside my wife, Sara, a professional layout artist, which means our final images and albums are always absolutely beautiful and ready in record time. I’m really into my technology and gadgets, especially anything with an Apple logo. This really helps me keep on top of my game as a photographer, as I’m always interested in how technology can help to further develop my photography. Aside from the latest technology trends, I take inspiration for my work from a variety of different places. I'm constantly looking at imagery on blogs and in photography magazines as it's important to understand what’s current in the industry. I try and keep my work fresh by seeking out new scenic and inventive backgrounds at wedding venues. No matter how many times I’ve worked at the venue, there’s always something new to discover.
