Architectural Photographer David Millington was commissioned by Muse Developments to photograph Wakefield ONE (Merchant Gate Phase two), in the heart of the city centre’s Merchant Gate commercial quarter development.
Wakefield ONE is a four-storey BREEAM ‘Excellent' building with 123,000 sq ft of office accommodation for Wakefield Metropolitan District Council Civic Offices. Public services moving in to the state of the art building include Wakefield Museum, Library, Customer Access Point and a Business Lounge. There may also be a Public Café.
Morgan Sindall constructed the £14.8 million new civic offices for Wakefield Metropolitan District Council which were designed by Cartwright Pickard Architects
