University of Liverpool Mechanical Engineering Active Learning Laboratory

The University of Liverpool Active Learning Laboratory which forms part of the University's Mechanical Engineering Department facilities received a new face lift. All the glazed facades are illuminated with a rich vibrant wash of artistic colour scenes which help to advertise the presence of the University's world class education facilities. The stunning lighting effects can be seen from across the City of Liverpool and beyond.

The Active Learning Laboratory facade lighting scheme was developed by Arup Lighting designers John Waite, Mark Lewis with assistance from Richard Morris and the Architect Sheppard Robson as part of the University of Liverpool Mechanical Engineering Building refurbishment works.
