Photographs of Sainsbury's Penrith New Squares by Architectural Photographer David Millington

Phase one of the Penrith New Squares Development completed with the opening of Sainsbury's New Squares on the 9th November 2011. The Supermarket has 36,000 sq ft of net sales space and a new multi storey car park. The Store has 604 parking spaces, 32 disabled parking spaces and 21 parent and child parking spaces.

Architectural Photographer David Millington has been commissioned to photograph the Development by Sheffield based Architects and Engineers Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson. Part of the commission was to produce site progress photography with site visits in March & June 2011.
Phase two of the mixed use New Squares Development is due to complete in October 2012 with approximately 93,000 sq ft of new retail space and up to 156 new homes. The scheme will improve pedestrian links to the rest of Penrith town centre. David will return to site to photograph the development upon completion.
