Web of Light

For MADE UP Ai Weiwei has enlarged one of nature's most creative architects the spider to gigantic proportions, sitting in the centre of its shimmering web of light suspended above Liverpool's Exchange Flags. The spider's intricate steel body is studded with crystal's that shimmer in the light, while the web is illuminated by LED lights fastened to the cables which simulates early morning dew glistening in the sun.
