The information centre on Wall St. Liverpool ONE contains the public toilets and an adult change facility. CABE are a strong supporter of the Changing Places initiative, of which the adult change facility in Liverpool One is part of. Quite often ‘disabled toilets’ are inappropriate for anyone who needs a carer to accompany them. Changing Places toilets are rooms that have enough space and equipment for more severely disabled people to use them.
