Penrith Booths Photographed by Architectural Photographer David Millington

16th November 2011
Booths opened it's 28th Food Store on the 15th of November. The new Supermarket features a new Café concept where customers are able to purchase quality, freshly prepared food made in-store on the day of purchase.

The Food Store's eco-friendly design helps minimise its impact on the environment, utilising a heat recovery system, an advanced refrigeration system, with glass doors on the fridges. The stores voltage use will be monitored to ensure excessive energy is not wasted. Rain Water is harvested and used to flush toilets and also in washing machines.

Architectural Photographer David Millington has been commissioned to photograph Booths Penrith by Booths & Eric Wright Construction Ltd and will upload more images within the next couple of weeks weather permitting. The Food Store was designed by Cumbrian Architect's and Landscape Designer's,
Damson Design.
