The second phase of Bury's Knowsley Place Development has now completed. The scheme boasts a 115-bed Premier Inn Hotel including a restaurant and Costa Coffee with Six Town Housing occupying the new office accommodation.
Masterplanned by architects Carey Jones, the development also features public realm landscaping, including a new pedestrian link from the site directly onto the existing Metrolink platform which is yet to open to the public.
